After a serious hormonal condition and surgery,
I was unrecognizable. Over 120kg, withdrawn from the world, and convinced nothing could change. Adnaan assessed everything: my health, my condition, my starting point, and built a plan around me. I went from 120kg to 84kg. I got married. I have two kids now.

Hi, I'm Adnaan Alli

I didn't come into this industry with a plan. I came in with a problem.

The information existed, buried under ego, gatekeeping, and an industry designed to keep you dependent. So I did what most won't: I went and got it myself. Seminars. Masterclasses. Certifications. Years of self-experimentation, using my own body as the proving ground before I ever touched a client's protocol.

That obsession didn't produce a coach who repeats what he's read. It produced one who understands why things work, and more importantly, when they don't.

Over a decade later, my clients range from men quietly struggling with low energy, hormonal dysfunction, and a body that stopped responding, to athletes standing under stage lights holding an IFBB Pro card. The work looks different. The standard doesn't.

Whether the goal is optimising testosterone, fixing the foundations that years of bad advice broke, or building a physique that competes at the highest level, I approach every case the same way: with bloodwork, precision, and zero tolerance for guesswork.

But if I'm honest, the results have never been the point.
